Congregation Sha’arei Torah values the warmth and vibrancy of our community. From time to time, photographs or short video recordings may be taken at synagogue services, programs, classes, or events in order to share the life of our community through synagogue communications.

These images may appear in places such as:

• The synagogue website
• Email newsletters
• Printed materials
• Social media channels
• Promotional or community communications

We make every effort to use photographs respectfully and in a manner that reflects the values of our congregation.

Children and Families

Photographs of children may occasionally appear in synagogue communications, particularly when sharing community programs, youth activities, or holiday events. We do not publish children's full names alongside photographs unless explicit permission has been granted.

Photo Opt-Out

We understand that some individuals or families may prefer not to appear in synagogue photographs or media.

If you would like to request that you or your family members not appear in synagogue photography or media, please contact the synagogue office. We will do our best to honor these requests in future communications.
